Terms of Service

2.1 License Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use LumaLauncher for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2.2 LumaAuth. LumaLauncher utilizes a custom authentication system known as "LumaAuth". By using LumaLauncher, you agree to the processing of necessary data (such as username, UUID, and session tokens) required to facilitate your login and verify your identity within our ecosystem. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3 Prohibited Actions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of LumaAuth or any proprietary components of LumaLauncher, except where such restriction is prohibited by law. You may not use LumaLauncher to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Services or third-party servers.

3.1 Usage. Our Minecraft mods and datapacks are provided for you to enhance your gameplay experience. You are free to use them in your single-player worlds or on servers.

3.2 Redistribution. You may not redistribute our mods or datapacks on other platforms (such as reposting to other mod sites) without direct permission or unless clearly permitted by the specific license attached to that project (e.g., an Open Source license). You must always credit "LumaBlossom" as the original creator.

3.3 Not Official Minecraft Products. Our Services are not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding third-party content and the underlying game Minecraft) are and will remain the exclusive property of the LumaBlossom Team. Our layout, graphics, and design are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. LumaBlossom does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LumaBlossom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
